Vision
We aim to build one of the most automated, AI-driven real estate investment operations in the country. You will lead the creation of a system that:
Unifies data from REsimpli (CRM), ads, website forms, call tracking, DocuSign, DealMachine, Zillow/Redfin, and accounting.
Automates workflows end-to-end: lead outreach, AI scoring, follow-ups, tasking, status updates.
Delivers one-click insights for KPIs, finance, and profitability.
Provides deal intelligence via a Comping & Offer Engine that estimates ARV, repairs, spreads, and generates offers.
Responsibilities
Architect, implement, and maintain automations and AI services.
Integrate REsimpli with marketing, communication, and data platforms.
Build LLM workflows (ChatGPT/Claude) for summarization, scoring, enrichment, and generation.
Establish a data warehouse and deliver real-time dashboards.
Design the Comping & Offer Engine MVP and roadmap.
Document systems, train team members, and ensure reliability.
Required Experience
15+ years in software engineering/architecture with deep expertise in AI/ML, integrations, automation, data engineering, backend development, and security.
Real estate/PropTech background strongly preferred.
Nice to have: DevOps, LangChain/LlamaIndex, RPA, BI tools, cloud platforms, vector databases.
