Expected duration: Ongoing When the banks went bankrupt many years ago they went after homeowners, taking control of their homes and selling them to pay of their debts. This was unfair as the government bailed out many of the banks.
I was one of the people whose home was taken and sold by my bank. They sold my house on to another company, and the other company effectively took control of the property.
I am still in a massive legal battle with the banks to try to sort this big mess out and can really do with someone who can help me with completing a claim in the court, and help me with drafting legal letters. Ideally I would like representation but if this is not possible then just assisting with admin and other small tasks would be really helpful.
