I’m looking for an experienced Circle or Heartbeat platform specialist to design, set up, and launch a private, paid membership community. This is a freelance, fixed-scope project with clear deliverables.
About the Project The community is called Living with Purpose — a creative and educational space helping people explore life’s deeper meaning by reflecting on mortality.
Target Audience: Members will be thoughtful, heart-led people — including spiritual seekers, mid-lifers, creatives, changemakers, and those going through life transitions. They value depth, meaningful conversation, and honest connection.
Initial Offering:
Two-three short films/audio recordings per month, each followed by guided discussion General chat space for community connection Dedicated areas for deeper themes (e.g., conscious end-of-life planning) Paid membership model from launch, with free preview content available Your Responsibilities: Advise on platform choice (Circle vs Heartbeat) Set up Spaces, tiers, navigation, and permissions Apply provided brand assets (logo, colours, fonts) Create welcome posts, onboarding flow, and pinned guidelines Integrate with Stripe and email marketing tool Structure content delivery for video posts and discussion threads Provide recommendations for early member engagement strategies
