We are a CQC-registered medical aesthetics and plastic surgery clinic seeking an experienced web designer/developer to revamp and optimise our existing WordPress website to make it more conversion-focused and AI-marketing-ready.
Project Goals: • Improve first impressions and trust signals (CQC badge, qualifications, before/after gallery, testimonials) • Strengthen calls-to-action (CTAs) on every page (“Book Consultation”, click-to-call, WhatsApp chat) • Optimise mobile version for speed and usability • Ensure SEO-friendly structure for local search visibility • Integrate or prepare for chatbot/CRM lead capture (ManyChat, Tidio, HubSpot) • Update Google Business Profile integration where relevant
Scope of Work: • Review current site and provide recommendations • Implement agreed design/content changes without losing current branding • Add or reposition CTAs for higher conversions • Optimise loading speed and mobile responsiveness • Ensure compliance with UK healthcare marketing standards (CQC, GDPR) • Deliver a site that can seamlessly connect to AI lead generation tools
Requirements: • Proven experience designing for medical, aesthetics, or regulated industries • Strong WordPress, Elementor (or relevant builder), and SEO knowledge • Understanding of healthcare compliance and patient data security • Ability to deliver within 2–3 weeks
