We are seeking a creative and performance-driven social media advertising expert to manage and scale paid campaigns on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. You’ll be responsible for driving traffic, conversions, and engagement for our live entertainment venue and events.
Responsibilities:
Develop, launch, and optimize ad campaigns on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
Create and test compelling creative content tailored to each platform
Monitor performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments
Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
Work with our team to align messaging with event marketing
Requirements:
Proven success running TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
Experience with targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
Strong understanding of creative trends, particularly in entertainment or nightlife
Ability to deliver weekly reports and ad performance insights
Bonus: Experience with event-based advertising or LGBTQ+ entertainment
