We’re looking for a seasoned HubSpot expert to help us optimize our CRM and build out intuitive, actionable marketing dashboards. This is a project-based role with potential for future support work.
Our goal is to streamline our lead pipeline, better track client interactions, and surface key marketing performance metrics across our campaigns and platforms.
Scope of Work:
- Audit our current HubSpot setup and make recommendations - Set up CRM pipelines that align with our sales process
Create marketing dashboards to track: - Lead source attribution - Email and campaign performance - Sales pipeline velocity - Conversion metrics - Integrate with other platforms/tools (e.g., web forms, email marketing, social media, Calendly, etc.) - Provide light training or documentation for our internal team
