I’m looking for someone who truly understands what makes a YouTube video clickable — someone with a sharp eye for creating compelling titles, designing eye-catching thumbnails, and writing clear, engaging YouTube chapters based on the final podcast episode.
This role is for my podcast, and I’d love to work with someone who can take ownership over optimizing each episode’s presence on YouTube.
My podcast: https://www.youtube.com/@aCEOofLife
What I’m looking for: - A solid understanding of YouTube optimization, especially around titles, thumbnails, and chaptering - Ability to write compelling titles, choose attention-grabbing phrases for thumbnails, and structure well-written chapters from the final podcast edit - Reliable, detail-oriented, and creative — with a mindset for improvement and growth - Bonus if you’re also open to helping with basic editing or taking on more podcast production tasks over time (not required at the start)
This could turn into a long-term partnership, and potentially grow into a podcast producer role if it’s the right fit!
To apply:
- Please share your portfolio (especially thumbnails you’ve created) and tell me a bit about your experience optimizing for click-through rate - Let me know if you're open to doing a free sample — one thumbnail, title, and chapter list for a podcast episode — before we decide to move forward
