We're looking to bring on a highly experienced, tech-savvy professional who specializes in automation, AI, and CRM systems to help scale our real estate investment company, Sell My House Idaho.
Experience is mandatory. You will need refrences or projects you have worked on to be considered for this role
This is a senior-level position and requires:
A minimum of 15 years of experience in tech, Coding, Software, systems automation, and CRM implementation.
Previous experience in the real estate industry is preferred, but not required, as long as you are well-qualified.
We’ve already begun integrating OpenAI (ChatGPT) with our CRM (REsimpli) through Zapier. Right now, ChatGPT is analyzing new leads and summarizing them. The next phase involves automating lead scoring (hot/warm/cold), task assignment, and deeper KPI analysis. This is just a starting point.
We are also looking to pull data from the counties we operated and be able to score with AI and analize the data for marketing. We would like to use AI to help with sales training, Onboarding, Building systems, and handling all our data to be able to make better decsions bases on the data.
We're building a system where AI and automation handle:
Instant lead qualification and summaries
Intelligent task creation for our acquisitions team
Automatic follow-ups (email/SMS)
Data syncing across tools (Google Sheets, Slack, DocuSign)
Financial and KPI tracking through REsimpli and AI dashboards
Integration with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and our website for centralized lead intake
We need someone to:
Own and optimize our Zapier, Make, or similar automations
Work alongside ChatGPT to build intelligent workflows
Implement integrations between REsimpli, Facebook, Google Ads, our website, and other tools
Monitor for reliability, fix bugs, and continuously improve system logic
We are also looking for someone who can teach us what we cant see and spot the opportunity. This is why its critial that you have a lot of experience
