Preparation of tender for an engineering project in Timor Leste
KE1 Team Leader position - requirements: - She/He must be a graduate in Civil Engineering or an equivalent field, preferably with a master's degree or postgraduate qualification in marine works or related field. - 20 (twenty) years of cumulative experience in Civil Engineering and thereof a minimum of 10 (ten) years related to the final design of supply bases, port and marine structures for construction at site. - She/he must have served in a similar capacity on at least 3 (three) supply bases or port construction projects of similar nature with each project of 200 (two hundred) million USD or more construction cost. - In addition, she/he must have relevant international experience and working experience of at least 3 (three) years in developing countries. - Fluency in writing and speaking English is mandatory.
She/he will lead, coordinate and supervise the multi-disciplinary team. It will be her/his responsibility to guide the team in arriving at solutions within the constraints specified in the TOR.
