I am looking for a business law solicitor who can amend an article on companies house for a sole director. I am due to complete on a purchase and have been made aware that this amendment needs to be done before I can complete. I need someone that has experience in this and can get this done by tomorrow (7th August). Below is the what is required:
* A copy of the amended articles showing the updated clause allowing a sole director to act.
* A copy of the shareholder/member resolution approving the change, and Evidence that the filing has been submitted to Companies House (e.g. submission receipt, confirmation from the solicitor or company secretary, or screenshot of the acknowledgment page).
