Expected duration: 1 day or less We’re looking for a graphic designer to create a high-end, professional A4 bifold brochure for our property company, The Optimal Group. This brochure will be used by our sales reps for canvassing and should highlight our Construction and Maintenance services.
We want a clean, modern design that includes service sections, contact info, and a testimonial/case study area. The design should be inclusive, ideally showcasing BIPOC workers in real construction or maintenance scenarios.
We will provide: • A full written brief (including structure and layout) • Reference images and style inspiration • Brand assets and copy if needed
