Firstly, we will be looking to digitalise the site management system which is included further in this scope to an online solution removing the need for paper and improving productivity and saving on administrative costs. Key points and target for site: o Main dashboard which can be tracked from Head Office on progress of H&S and compliance management control such as inspections completed. o Real time data at our fingertips o Instant reporting of incidents and inspections as when they are completed. o Quick issue of new documentation or bulletins for example. o Site documentation and progress can be audited before a site visit occurs.
