Doing so, we believe we can save money in administrative costs, use of paper costs, improve environmental sustainability and important boost morale and productivity by making monotonous tasks easier and more enjoyable to complete. ID Construction accept that the transition to a digital environment will require training and patience and are committed to long term project if a suitable solution can be created to grow with our organisation and deliver on our requirements. We are looking at solutions using office 365 and will explore this option via ITC and will weigh up the cost, benefits and expansion possibilities against 3rd party solutions such as Site Docs, Safety Culture or FLuix. Firstly, we will be looking to digitalise the site management system which is included further in this scope to an online solution removing the need for paper and improving productivity and saving on administrative costs. Key points and target for site: o Main dashboard which can be tracked from Head Office on progress of H&S and compliance management control such as inspections completed. o Real time data at our fingertips o Instant reporting of incidents and inspections as when they are completed. o Quick issue of new documentation or bulletins for example. o Site documentation and progress can be audited before a site visit occurs.
