I seek a capable virtual assistant skilled in design work to support various aspects of a new publishing project. Key responsibilities will include:
Managing social media promotion across major platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. Tasks involve conceptualizing, drafting and scheduling social posts to effectively promote our authors and upcoming book releases.
Developing and distributing electronic newsletters and correspondence. Drafting compelling email newsletters on a regular basis to engage our readership as well as coordinating messages to co-authors and readers as needed. Proficient digital invitation design for relevant events is also required.
Assisting with book layout, formatting and proofreading functions on Amazon. Working closely with the founder and authors to ensure the visual presentation and technical elements of the published work meet high standards for quality, consistency and error-free copy. Attention to detail and strong communication abilities are essential.
