Experienced HR Professional & Sales Trainer Needed for Career Mentoring
An experienced HR professional with a strong background in sales training and team coaching is sought to mentor a healthcare tech sales director who has recently started a new role and is seeking support during the critical early months of employment and beyond.
The role is fully remote, and the mentee—who has ADHD—faces some challenges with self-organization and prioritization. She’s highly motivated to succeed, and is looking for structured guidance to ensure she works efficiently, builds confidence, and stays on track.
We’re particularly looking for someone who can also coach on sales methodology, help sharpen her commercial effectiveness, and provide strategic input to develop her pipeline and performance. She’s also thinking ahead to future roles and would benefit from career planning and job market navigation support.
Initial engagement would include a two-hour introductory session, followed by weekly one-hour calls for the first month, tapering to biweekly or monthly thereafter.
