I need a one off project - a data scraper for all UK councils.
The tool should have the following functionality
Keyword search: ability to input upto 20 keywords into the tool to search for planning proposals which include that keyword - e.g. "plant", "anaerobic", "biomethane", "waste", "development", "solar", "renewable" etc.
Date range: ability to search between date X and Y for all planning proposals submitted within that period
Council portals to search - ability to choose 1, some or all planning councils in the UK
Documents download toggle box: ability to download (or not) all files submitted with application
The tool should then output all available data, e.g.
