Example: If the project starts Monday, the article must be live by end of Wednesday (business days: Monday-Friday). Daily progress updates via WorkStream are required until publication.

Verification of Publication: Upon completion, provide: Direct link to the article on https://www.washingtontimes.com/. Screenshot of the article on the website, showing URL and publication date.
