This is a premium, beautifully written guide designed for the UK health-conscious market, and it needs to be presented with the same level of care, quality, and elegance throughout.
Project Requirements:
You must be able to:
• Format the final Word doc into: • Kindle-ready eBook (EPUB or .mobi) • Print-ready PDF with correct trim/margins • Maintain a calm, minimal, wellness-aligned aesthetic • Standardise image sizes across all pages (using provided reference) • Rotate and balance images demographically (white, black, Asian models etc.) • Prevent paragraphs/headings from splitting across pages • Apply consistent spacing, styling, and UK English proofreading • Follow brand tone and layout consistency from page 1 to the final word • Deliver files professionally formatted for Amazon UK KDP publishing
Ideal Candidate:
• UK-based or very familiar with British English and UK cultural tone • Previous experience formatting wellness, lifestyle, or self-help books • Fluent in Adobe InDesign, Affinity Publisher, or similar tools • Able to work from a final master Word document • Strong communicator, detail-oriented, with proven project delivery
Timeline:
Looking for completion within 7 days from project start, ideally as soon as possible.
One revision round expected to finalise layout.
