I seek a diligent accounting professional to support my small business on a weekly recurring basis. As my enterprise expands, the need for organized financial record keeping has likewise grown. The duties of this role include accounts receivable and payable, transaction logging, invoicing clients, and basic calculations utilizing Tally and Excel.
The ideal candidate will possess at minimum two years of bookkeeping experience, proficiency in spreadsheet software and invoicing tools. Comfort working independently and systematically tackling recurring tasks is essential. This role offers steady part-time work of two hours each weekday afternoon from 3pm to 5pm.
The compensation for each biweekly session is $25 an hour, totaling $50 per week. A commitment of at least six months is preferred to onboard and train the selected individual. Reliability, accuracy and strong technical abilities are priority skills. Attention to detail and deadline compliance are also important qualities for flourishing in this responsibility.
