Role Overview We are seeking a proactive, privacy-conscious Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our remote team. You'll develop secure, intelligent integrations across communication platforms including Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Zendesk. Leveraging Node.js, React, AWS, and AI-enhanced tools (such as Claude and OpenAI), you'll build innovative solutions that empower better workplace communication.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain secure, scalable integrations for Slack, Teams, and Zendesk. Design and develop full-stack applications using Node.js and React. Integrate AI-driven functionalities using APIs like Claude and OpenAI to enhance user experience and analytics. Prioritize and ensure data privacy and security through robust hashing, anonymization, and secure coding practices. Collaborate asynchronously with our cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features. Required Skills
Senior-level proficiency in Node.js and React. Strong experience with AWS infrastructure (Lambda, API Gateway, Cognito, DynamoDB). Practical knowledge of privacy-first data handling, encryption, and secure API design. Familiarity with AI tools like Claude and OpenAI for productivity and feature enhancement. Nice to Have
Hands-on experience with Slack Block SDK and other platform integrations (Teams, Zendesk). Familiarity with frontend frameworks like MUI and MUI X Pro. Experience building analytics dashboards and data visualization solutions. Additional Information
