We are seeking a consultant to assist us in evaluating our current setup with Google and Microsoft services. Your expertise will guide us in deciding whether to migrate entirely to Microsoft or to optimise our existing systems for better syncing. The ideal candidate will analyze our needs, provide recommendations, and help with the implementation of solutions that enhance our workflow and productivity. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach are essential.
Currently we use : MACs Slack – daily messaging and internal calls Microsoft 365 (partial) – Teams (all external calls), Excel, PowerPoint, Word Google Workspace – email (via Missive) & Google Drive Missive – shared email management ClickUp – ticketing and project management Apple apps – occasional use Canva
So it can get messy! But it works for now. I'm looking at scalability and cost with having so many subscriptions and different platforms to use but timing is everything and we don't have a huge pocket as a small business. We are open to discussing budget.
