Description: I’m looking for a skilled 3D visualizer or architectural designer to create a 3D model and rendered images of a residential flat layout. I will provide existing 2D architectural plans (PDF) including room dimensions.
The goal is to: • Create a 3D floor plan/layout of the flat • Provide realistic renderings (interior and/or top-down view) • Help visualize space, finishes, and room proportions
What I Will Provide: • Proposed 2D architectural plans in PDF • Room names and measurements • Basic guidance on materials and finishes (if needed)
Deliverables: • 3D model of the flat (preferably in SketchUp, Revit, or similar) • High-resolution renders from multiple angles (JPEG/PNG) • Optional: walk-through animation (if within budget)
Ideal Freelancer: • Experience with architectural rendering and modeling • Familiar with working from 2D architectural drawings
