The system should integrate with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok platforms to efficiently create, deploy, and analyze campaign performance across networks. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing an interface allowing non-technical users to quickly upload creatives and define target audiences, schedules, and budgets for advertisements. Advanced features such as lookalike modeling, automated bidding strategies, and cross-promotion tools between platforms are desirable.
Experience managing large-scale social media marketing campaigns with a track record of growing engagement and converting leads is essential. The successful candidate will audit our existing account settings and ad libraries to optimize setups before launching test campaigns. Ongoing campaign optimization and recommendations on advertising best practices tailored to our business goals are expected. Knowledge of pixel tracking, conversion funnel analysis, and tools to attribute offline sales to digital efforts is preferable.
