We are switching to a new recruitment process and need an Administrative Assistant to carry out specific recruitment admin tasks. This is not a senior HR role — we are looking for a junior-level support person to assist the recruiter managing the process.
Tasks include:
- Responding to candidate emails - Taking candidates through our 10-step hiring process until they sign the contract - Updating our HR platform with candidate progress - Collecting required documents and references - Preparing basic candidate status updates and having a weekly call with managers
We need someone with at least 3 years of experience in recruitment admin or coordination, and who is confident using HR systems. You should be able to work independently without supervision.
References will be required.
The rate is £14 to £16 per hour. This project requires a maximum of 8 hours per month, with the possibility of increased hours and performance-based bonuses.
