Join Leads to Closings as an automation specialist. In this role, you’ll be responsible for helping our organization streamline our daily processes so we can be more efficient, save time and onboard more clients. You'll work directly with our founder to implement key automation processes.
Your Role
As an automation specialist, you'll be responsible for setting up automations using Make, ChatGPT, Go High Level, Google Sheets, Social Media Profiles, etc. You will start with building an AI SMS Agents to send messages and follow up with our prospects and then move on to developing additional automations.
Ideal Candidate
Has a fast internet connection Has a fast computer Strong communication, writing and editing skills in English, both written and verbal Proven experience in setting up automations, preferably in real estate, marketing, or related fields Strong understanding of automation and AI best practices Creative thinker who has the ability to come up with new and innovative automation strategies to help make our organization more efficient Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently

Compensation
Competitive compensation based on experience and output Initial goal is to build the AI SMS Agents and then move on to subsequent projects Must work a minimum number of hours per week and report on key metrics daily as well as project milestones
You Shouldn't Apply If
You lack experience. We are seeking candidates with a proven background in building automations (real estate writing experience a plus, but not required). You are not fluent in English. Clear writing and editing abilities are essential to succeed in this role. You are not familiar with automation and AI tools, especially Make, ChatGPT, High Level and Google Sheets. You are not open to feedback and constructive criticism.
