Nominee Director for UK Ltd Company, Nominee Director for UK Ltd Company, I am seeking a Nominee Director for my UK Ltd company. Due to recent Companies House requirements, the company now needs to have a human director.
The Nominee Director will not be required to perform any day-to-day business-related tasks or decision-making; their role will be purely for compliance purposes only.
Important: This project is only open to UK-based responders. Any responses from outside the UK will be reported. You will be required to submit proof of identity for records and to complete the Nominee Directorship.
