Im an investor in various real estate projects and would like to use cloud based tool to track my projects . each project will have file and will give developers access to specific projects to upload project expenses and status update for that project . i also need to upload all documents related each project in its file such as contracts government permissions ..etc.
and i would like in another screen to see an executive summary showing projects progress , financials ROI, IRR,
you may suggest cloud based tool and creat all required files and set up . its need to be very easy for developers to access and fill .
one more thing, i want the forward documents that i receive on WhatsApp to the tool mailbox or any folder .
