Good morning,
I have an Excel spreadsheet with 805 school contacts across South East London. Each entry includes the school name, area, and outdated emails for Head Teachers, Deputy Heads, SENCOs, and Business Managers. All emails currently need verifying / bounce back, so I need help sourcing accurate, up-to-date staff contact information.
Your task will be to:
Visit each school’s official website
Identify current staff in the listed roles (HT, DHT, SENCO, Business Manager)
Update names and emails in the Excel sheet
Ensure accuracy of job titles and spelling
Follow a straightforward process I’ll provide
This job requires excellent research skills, attention to detail, and a methodical approach. Experience in contact sourcing or working with education data is a plus.
