Expected duration: Ongoing I need a virtual PA who can:
- Set-up and respond to meeting requests using Microsoft Teams or Zoom - Send information to clients and prospects by email - Carry out ad hoc assistance tasks, such as presentation creation in PowerPoint, telephoning clients / prospects for information collection (and therefore have a very professional telephone manner), filling in Excel spreadsheets
Given the unknown quantity of hours - from 3 to 10 in a typical week - the candidate must be willing to:
- Work flexible hours and invoice for how many done in a week, working between the hours of 8 - 6pm Monday to Friday, and; - Be able to guarantee a response time on email or available for a call, within one hour of a request inside those working hours
