I run a small, independent energy efficiency business in the UK called Efficiency Smart. We provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for homeowners, landlords, and small developers, property managers and some agents. Mostly focused on local lead generation within Hampshire and West Sussex.
I’ve been running Google Ads myself and want a one-off professional audit of my existing campaign(s) to improve performance and reduce wasted spend. This job is for the EPC side of the business only, retrofit services may follow later.
What I’m looking for: • Full audit of current Google Ads setup (campaign structure, keywords, targeting, settings) • Review of ad copy and extensions • Suggestions to improve lead quality and reduce wasted spend • Keyword and negative keyword recommendations • Review of conversion tracking setup (I use Squarespace with Acuity Scheduling) • A written report and a short video walkthrough or Zoom call to explain findings
Ideal freelancer: • UK-based • Experience with Google Ads for local services, trades, or home improvement businesses • Able to clearly explain findings and suggest practical improvements • (Bonus) Experience with Squarespace or Acuity integration
I’m planning to run retrofit-related ads in the future, so there may be scope for a follow-up project.
