I’m looking for a professional line editor and proofreader for a non-fiction book aimed at men navigating their partner’s menopause. It blends real interview quotes with psychological tools (especially ACT) and metaphor-rich storytelling. Tone: grounded, emotionally intelligent, direct—but never crude or sentimental.
The voice must feel real to men aged 35–65 who are put off by “therapy speak.” There’s strong language at times, honest reflections on sex, intimacy, emotional overwhelm, and male vulnerability. The tone is masculine, raw, but respectful.
I need:
