What I Need Built Phase 1: Setup (One-time) • Set up Apollo contact lists and workflow for LinkedIn connection imports • Configure Zapier automation: Apollo → ZeroBounce → HubSpot • Create HubSpot contact properties • Document the process for ongoing management Phase 2: Weekly Management (Ongoing) Weekly Tasks (1 hour): • Export my new LinkedIn connections • Process through Apollo to enrich with email addresses • Verify emails through ZeroBounce • Import clean data to HubSpot with proper tagging • Send a weekly email campaign • Provide a weekly report on numbers processed Simple Process: 1.
