Key Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networks, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates based on qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews and provide guidance to hiring teams throughout the process.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
