We are launching a new university and require a Google Workspace expert** to **migrate our domain, emails, and IT system from Hostinger to Google Workspace**, and **build a clean, professional, and secure structure**.

✅ **Scope of Work:**
**1. Domain & Email Migration**
* Migrate all domain-related email services from **Hostinger to Google Workspace** * Set up **MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC** records correctly in DNS * Ensure **zero email downtime** * Migrate emails from existing inboxes (if needed) **2. Google Workspace Setup**
* Activate and configure **Google Admin Console** * Create up to **15 user accounts** (e.g., dean@, admissions@, finance@, info@, etc.) * Assign **custom roles** (Admin, Academic, Finance, IT, etc.) * Enable **2-Step Verification (2FA)** for all users
**3. Folder and Data Structure**
* Create **Shared Drives** for departments (e.g., Admin, Finance, Legal, Marketing) * Set **permissions per role/user** to avoid future data leaks * Create a **folder template** for future team expansion
**4. Google Calendar & Collaboration Tools**
* Set up department-specific **Google Calendars** * Enable appointment booking, internal meetings, and reminders * Activate **Google Meet**, **Chat**, and **Docs/Sheets/Slides** permissions
* Add branding (logos, custom URL redirects like mail.university.com) * Set up **email aliases & groups** (e.g., team@ forwards to staff) * Create backup plan (Google Vault or third-party) * Basic automation/routing if possible (e.g., admissions@ routes to 3 users)
Deliverables:**
* Fully functioning Google Workspace for university staff * User logins, folders, and permissions tested * DNS and domain properly pointing * Admin guide + user instructions (PDF or video) * Documentation of DNS changes and backup admin login * Suggestions for long-term maintenance
