I require assistance from a proficient digital marketer to help grow my business's presence on the Facebook platform. Key tasks will include developing comprehensive Facebook marketing strategies, creating and optimizing page content and ads to attract new followers and drive engagement. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years experience in strategic social media management with a proven record of generating leads and increasing brand awareness through Facebook. Experience analyzing metrics and reporting on campaign performance is essential.
The contractor will be expected to provide weekly updates on metrics such as new page likes, engagement rates, link clicks and message responses. Optimization of existing content and ads based on analytics will be ongoing. Additional initiatives may include running targeted ad campaigns, managing website traffic from Facebook, overseeing customer service messages and posts, as well as exploring partnership opportunities. Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel and third party tracking tools is preferred for reporting purposes.
Applicants should have a strong understanding of Facebook algorithms, ad formats and best practices for optimized publishing across time zones. Portfolio examples demonstrating creative and results-focused Facebook marketing campaigns will be an asset. Ability to take initiative, meet deadlines and work collaboratively is essential. This is a continuous contract role offering flexibility to the successful candidate.
