**Description:** We seek an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketer or Growth Strategist to help scale a new tech platform. This opportunity offers performance-based payment through PeoplePerHour milestone releases tied to actual revenue growth.
**What You’ll Do:** - Use organic, social, or paid channels to bring paying users - Manage and optimize acquisition strategies and campaigns - Suggest improvements to increase conversions and revenue - Provide regular updates aligned with growth goals
**Payment Structure:** You will earn a percentage of net profits from paying users, with payments processed securely via PeoplePerHour milestones after each profit review period. Payments depend directly on your performance—if no net profit is generated, no payment is made.
**Transparency & Reporting:** - Revenue generated by user transactions is tracked via Stripe, Gumroad, or crypto - Net profit = Gross revenue minus operational costs such as hosting and transaction fees - Monthly earnings summaries will be shared via screenshots or spreadsheets
**What We Provide:** - A functional platform and infrastructure - Clear revenue tracking and monthly profit reports - Timely, milestone-based payments through PeoplePerHour
**Important Notes:** - This is not a salaried, hourly, or equity role - Advertising spend is your responsibility if you choose paid channels - Only experienced marketers with proven results need apply
- The working agreement or detailed contract will be agreed upon outside the platform. - All payments will be made through PeoplePerHour milestones to keep transactions secure and compliant with their policies. 10$ is just a symbolic number as PPH platform requires to insert amount.
