We are looking for a motivated and reliable Instagram Account Operation Assistant to manage and maintain our brand's Instagram accounts. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about social media. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our Instagram accounts remain active, engaging, and secure. We will provide necessary work equipments to ensure smooth and efficient work.
Key Responsibilities: Account Maintenance: Perform routine Instagram account maintenance including browsing posts, liking and commenting on content, and ensuring the account stays active and visible. Content Publishing: Follow a set publishing schedule (we will provide photos, videos, and publishing plans) to post content regularly. Follower Interaction: Respond to followers' comments and direct messages in a timely and friendly manner to maintain engagement and foster community. Regular Reporting: Provide periodic reports on account performance, including insights and any relevant analytics. Account Security: Keep a close eye on account security. If you receive any official Instagram notifications or emails regarding the account, you are expected to report them immediately.
