I run a recruitment consultancy placing talent into premium aesthetics and wellness clinics in the UK. Seeking a Zoho Recruit specialist to fully set up and automate key parts of my recruitment and marketing workflow.
Project Scope:
Calendly Integration – Connect Calendly to my GoDaddy website, Zoom, and Google Calendar – Set up 3 booking flows: • Client consultation • Candidate Interview 1 • Candidate Interview 2 – Automate confirmation emails and SMS reminders
Zoho Recruit Optimisation – Clean and optimise my existing Zoho Recruit setup – Set up clear candidate pipeline flows and automation – Sync Zoho Recruit with my calendar – Ensure easy tracking from job post to hire
Client CRM & Email Marketing Setup (Zoho Campaigns) – Build a simple client CRM pipeline within Zoho – Set up tags, filters, and fields for outreach, booked calls, and follow-ups – Integrate contacts with Zoho Campaigns – Set up templates for monthly email newsletters
CV Parsing & Formatting Solution – Implement or integrate tools that allow: • Easy CV parsing (from job boards, emails, or upload) • Branded CV formatting (clean and editable; Zoho’s default is not acceptable) – Ensure all tools are functional and tested within Zoho workflow
Requirements: – Proven Zoho Recruit and Zoho Campaigns experience – Skilled with Calendly, Google Calendar, and Zapier – Able to deliver independently
