Expected duration: 1 day or less I’m looking for a CAD technician to make a small amendment to the front elevation of a residential property, using an existing DWG file. The changes involve adding a bay window with a depth of 800mm measured from the inside face, and amending the chimney as per my mark-up or instructions. You’ll update the front elevation accordingly and also provide revised drawings for one side elevation and plan views of the Ground Floor, First Floor, Second Floor, and Loft. Only the amended areas need to be dimensioned for construction. The drawings should be colour-rendered to represent materials clearly: dark red for brickwork, a light tone for render, dark colour for window frames, and a stone finish for window cills. Final files should be delivered in both DWG and PDF formats. I will supply the existing drawing and clear instructions. The work must be completed within 1 day.
