We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team. This entry-level role is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in Human Resources. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the recruitment process (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates)
Prepare and maintain employee records (paper and digital)
Support new hire onboarding and orientation
Help administer employee benefits and answer basic employee questions
Maintain HR documents and ensure proper filing of confidential information
Support internal HR projects and communications
Help track attendance, PTO, and other employee data
Provide general administrative support to the HR department
