This project seeks a Python developer to integrate Issabel PBX, a Telegram bot, and external REST API to monitor SIP call traffic in real-time. The system will track call activity, trigger automated test calls using defined logic, and post results and alerts to Telegram groups. The developer will design a bot with command-based vendor controls, generate daily and real-time reports, and implement secure role-based access. An ideal candidate has strong experience developing async Python apps, integrates with Asterisk/Issabel PBX via SIP, AMI and dialplans, builds powerful Telegram bots, understands call logging with SQLite and API polling, and preferably knows call campaign platforms like Dialics.
