This project seeks a Python developer to integrate Issabel PBX, a Telegram bot, and external REST API to monitor SIP call traffic in real-time. The system will track call activity, trigger automated test calls using defined logic, and post results and alerts to Telegram groups. The developer will design a bot with command-based vendor controls, generate daily and real-time reports, and implement secure role-based access. An ideal candidate has strong experience developing async Python apps, integrates with Asterisk/Issabel PBX via SIP, AMI and dialplans, builds powerful Telegram bots, understands call logging with SQLite and API polling, and preferably knows call campaign platforms like Dialics. Server access and full project details will be shared with shortlisted freelancers after an initial review.
