We require an experienced React Native developer to build out the core functionality for a new mobile application. The app will allow users to search and book various local services and classes. Key features include an interactive map displaying nearby options, a calendar to view availability and book appointments, user profiles to track bookings and payments, and a messaging system to enable communication between customers and providers.
The development work should be focused on building clean, reusable and scalable React Native code that adheres to best practices and design patterns. The app architecture needs to support adding new features over time as well as internationalization. Performance and responsiveness must be optimal to provide a delightful user experience on both iOS and Android. Security and privacy are also priorities, so authentication, authorization and data protection need to be implemented rigorously.
Quality assurance will be essential to ensure stability and bug free operation of the core app aspects. A testing strategy incorporating unit, integration and UI tests needs to be devised. Documentation for code, processes and future enhancements should be comprehensive yet concise. Continuous integration/delivery is preferred to facilitate frequent deployments.
