We seek an experienced social media manager to strategically grow our presence on LinkedIn and Facebook. The ideal candidate will be an expert at crafting engaging posts that stimulate meaningful discussions and drive real connections. A track record of using both platforms successfully to increase engagement and generate quality leads for B2B services is essential.
The role requires posting a minimum of once every three days to each channel with a style that reflects our brand voice - one of authority, credibility and professionalism. Insights into trending topics within our industry combined with an intuitive understanding of what captures audiences' attention will be invaluable. Captivating graphics, video or other multimedia should regularly accompany written updates to maintain interest.
Lead generation is a key performance indicator, so the ability to nurture prospective customers through the funnel via Facebook is paramount. Sent contacts must be of high-calibre, actively researching our offerings. Strong project management and communication skills are needed to keep stakeholders informed of strategy and results. The right person for this role will have extensive knowledge of using both LinkedIn and Facebook to support lead generation within a B2B services environment.
