Project Overview I already have my products (mini‑workshops) and community set up in Kajabi. My marketing site is on Squarespace.
I need help from someone with proven experience integrating Kajabi and Squarespace to:
- Connect Kajabi properly to my custom domain, - Make Kajabi visually cohesive with my Squarespace site, - And set up the navigation between them. - I do not need help creating products in Kajabi — I’ve already done that.
Key Requirements You must have prior experience with:
- Setting up Kajabi on a custom subdomain (e.g. members.mydomain.com) - Matching Kajabi branding to an existing site - Integrating Kajabi links or forms into Squarespace
Please include:
- Links to Kajabi sites you’ve integrated before, OR - A short description of your experience with Kajabi + Squarespace.
Scope of Work 1. Domain & Platform Integration Connect Kajabi to my custom subdomain (members.mydomain.com) Ensure SSL and DNS are correctly set up
2. Basic Branding Setup in Kajabi Apply my existing logo, brand colors, and fonts in Kajabi Make Kajabi visually cohesive with my Squarespace site (basic level, no heavy custom coding required)
3. Navigation Integration Add a link or button in Squarespace that takes users to my Kajabi site Add a link or button in Kajabi back to my Squarespace homepage
4. Optional (Nice to Have) Help embed a Kajabi form into Squarespace (if needed)
Deliverables - Kajabi live on a subdomain and linked from my Squarespace site - Branding (logo, colors, fonts) applied in Kajabi - Navigation working both ways - A clear handover: a short screen recording (e.g. Loom or Zoom recording) showing me what was set up and how to update branding, links, and settings myself in the future.
Budget & Timeline - Budget: open to proposals, but this is a straightforward project - Timeline: within 1–2 weeks of starting
Future Opportunity If all goes well, there may be additional work in the future for deeper Kajabi customization.
