We’re an established oil & gas engineering business looking for a freelancer to assist us with preparing for upcoming ISO accreditations over the next two months.
This will involve working closely with our internal team to:
Review and organise existing documentation and procedures
Help create and update policies to meet ISO requirements
Support with compiling evidence and records ahead of the accreditation assessment
Keep track of timelines, outstanding actions, and ensure the process stays on schedule
We’re looking for someone with:
Strong organisational and administrative skills
A good level of common sense and attention to detail
Experience with ISO 9001, 14001, or 45001 (ideal but not essential)
The ability to work remotely and communicate clearly
Availability to dedicate regular time over the next 6–8 weeks
This is a freelance engagement. It can be completed remotely, but someone UK-based would be preferred for ease of communication and understanding of local business practices.
