We have a website running Gravity Forms and we are also using Gravity Forms User Registration Add-On.
When new users use the registration form, it is taking their first name and logging that as their username in WordPress. Usernames in WordPress MUST be non-identical, so you can see the problem here.
We would like a developer to change the way our Gravity Form works so it will use the field entry of 'email address' to create the username, so essentially the email becomes the unique username in WordPress.
The website in question will be given to applicants in the private PPH messaging service.
