I’m looking for a professional document designer to create a visually appealing, modular 60 page proposal template for use in the technology sector, specifically for high-value bids within the construction industry.
This template will be used to respond to enterprise level RFPs across major construction projects (e.g. workplace fit-outs, commercial buildings, corporate HQs, etc.), and needs to reflect the professionalism and standards expected in this space.
What I Already Have: Most of the content and structure Example proposals showing my vision Clear breakdown of sections (e.g. methodology, case studies, programme, QA, commercials) Brand guidelines (fonts, colours, tone)
What I Need: A designer to create a professional, visually clean 60-page editable template Consistent layout and styling across all pages Smart use of headings, icons, tables, and section dividers Space for visuals like diagrams, timelines, technical illustrations Final output in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Must-Have Experience: Designing long-form business documents (ideally proposals or bid packs) Familiarity with construction, AV, or technical industries a strong advantage Ability to make functional documents feel engaging, clear, and premium Strong attention to detail
