Additionally, the freelancer will review and improve the candidate stages and automations in Zoho Recruit, streamline workflows, and integrate Gmail and LinkedIn if not already done. The deliverables include a working and clean Calendly setup, an updated Zoho Recruit workflow with documented changes, and a short action plan for further efficiency improvements. The freelancer should have experience with Calendly, GoDaddy, Zoho Recruit, or similar CRM/ATS, be able to clearly document and explain their work, and complete the project within 7-10 days.
