The initial scope includes configuring Calendly to integrate with the Mac Calendar (iCal) and Zoom, as well as setting up a "Book Call" button on the GoDaddy website. Additionally, the freelancer will review and improve the candidate stages and automations in Zoho Recruit, streamline workflows, and integrate Gmail and LinkedIn if not already done. The deliverables include a working and clean Calendly setup, an updated Zoho Recruit workflow with documented changes, and a short action plan for further efficiency improvements. The freelancer should have experience with Calendly, GoDaddy, Zoho Recruit, or similar CRM/ATS, be able to clearly document and explain their work, and complete the project within 7-10 days. The budget is fixed and preferred, with a range of USD250-500 (depending on experience and delivery expectations).
