I’m moving everything into Pipedrive and need someone smart and reliable to help me clean up my current mess of automations and get a solid system in place. This includes:
Reviewing my current setup (Pipedrive CRM, Brevo email marketing, Otto automation tool)
Helping me migrate everything into Pipedrive (using Pipedrive Campaigns + Zapier)
Rebuilding essential automations (digital product purchase → tagged → added to email list → welcome email + download sent)
Ensuring my CRM is clean, tagged, and functional
Advising on best practices for lead flow, segmentation, and marketing journeys
Tools involved:
Pipedrive (CRM + Campaigns)
Zapier (likely to replace Otto)
Thrive suite + Wordpress/woocommerce/cartflows (website)
Optional: Gmail or Outlook if needed for direct sends
You’ll be a good fit if:
You’ve worked with small service-based businesses before (I’m a self-employed coach + consultant)
You know Zapier and Pipedrive inside out (this is non-negotiable)
You’re happy to take initiative and suggest better ways of doing things
You’re fast, practical, and hate messy systems as much as I do
This is a one-off project to start, but if it goes well, I’d love to keep the relationship on for other occasional tech work (I'm not great at this stuff!)
