✅ What I Need: • An experienced photo editor with an eye for aerial and event photography • Comfortable editing RAW (DNG) drone files • Ability to deliver a natural but cinematic finish — nothing overly filtered or artificial • Software: Lightroom or similar • Fast same-day turnaround (ideally within a few hours of receiving images) • Open to feedback and collaborative communication • This is ongoing work for the right person
