Crafting a comprehensive Shareholders' Agreement defining shareholder rights, structure, control and exit mechanisms is required. Securing the Foreign Inward Remittance Certificate upon fund transfer to India and drafting the formal board resolution authorizing the investment and share allotment must also be completed. Issuing an official share certificate confirming ownership is another deliverable. Experience providing full legal and administrative support for company formation and investment processing is preferred.
